Clothing Buy-Out Appointment

PLEASE READ ALL BELOW BEFORE SCHEDULING: BEFORE you schedule a buyout appointment, make sure the items you wish to sell align with our specific needs listed below. Appointments scheduled without adherence to this list may not proceed with a buyout. We update this list regularly to reflect our inventory requirements.

Current Buying List:

Gothic Styles: All black tops, bottoms, dresses, gothic and alternative styles, lace, velvet, fishnet, mesh, corsets, oversized sweaters, and more!

• • Gothic jewelry, chokers, layered necklaces, studded belts, rings, earrings, belts, and unique statement pieces.Gothic-themed home decor, candles, artwork, skulls, ravens, frames, and more.
  • Gothic handbags, backpacks, and crossbody bags.
  • Other Unique Items: Anything that embraces the dark, moody, or vintage gothic aesthetic. (Styles can fit sub-genres too ie: whimsigoth, punk, metal, 90s/y2k, thrasher, alternative, emo etc!) Gothic items can be in worn condition with flaws if it adds to the design / style!
  • Horror-Themed Items: Including tees, clothing, and decor centered around horror themes, including movies and characters.

• Doc Martens & Birkenstocks: Any size, color and style! (kids and adults)
• Plus Sizes: Especially in need of women's clothing sizes XXL-6XL. Please keep in mind other factors (season/colors) of what we are looking for in terms of styles & brands. 
• Boho & Coastal Styles: We're looking for boho and coastal styles with neutral tones, flowy dresses, linen tops, nautical-inspired pieces, earthy accessories, lightweight fabrics, and a relaxed vibe—perfect for effortless, beachy wardrobes!
• Neutral & Earthy Tone Styles: Including neutral/earthy-toned dresses, sweaters, tops, skirts, and other versatile pieces. Greens, creams, rusty colors, basically anything with an earthy vibe!
• Maxi Lengths: Dresses and skirts we will happily consider!
• Overalls and Jumpsuits: Both casual and statement pieces that are currently trending.
• Denim: Denim vests, jackets, and skirts! Black denim is the priority! Jean styles we will consider: wide legs, baggy fits, and distressed styles. Looking for sizes 12 and up if possible!
• Lingerie: New lingerie and lightly used (no underwear)!
• Strawberry Themed Items: ANYTHING with strawberries will be considered! This includes Strawberry decor, plush and clothing of any kind (kids clothing too)! We are sourcing for our Strawberry Collection!
• Vintage Clothing: Anything from the year 2000 or older we will happily consider!
  
• Natural Fabrics: Linens, silks, 100% cotton, anything with natural fabric is encouraged!
• Spring & Summer Styles: light, airy fabrics, bright and pastel colors, floral prints, breezy dresses, and casual yet chic pieces like linen tops, flowy skirts, and denim/fabric shorts—perfect for warm-weather wardrobes and sunny days.
• Menswear: We are starting to consider menswear! Specifically looking for PNW styles, outdoors wear, rain coats, Carhartt anything, vintage, pearl snaps, western wear. Mens jeans are not a priority and may not be considered.

Process: Schedule an appointment to bring your pre-loved fashion to Swansorifinds and give your items a second chance at style. Here’s how it works:

1. Book Online: Use our easy online booking system to find a time that suits you.
2. Bring Your Items: On the day of your appointment, bring up to 30 items of clothing that you wish to sell.
3. Review and Offer: Our team will review your items during your appointment and make an offer based on style, condition, and our current stock needs.

Policies:

• Item Condition: All items must be clean and in good condition. Please ensure your items are free from tears, stains, and odors (including smoke). We do not accept flawed items. Items need to be pet fur free and from a smoke free home. 
• Limits: A maximum of 30 items per appointment ensures a thorough and efficient review process. Ensure all items are in good, clean condition, as we strive to offer the best quality in our store.
