Clothing Buy-Out Appointment

PLEASE READ ALL BELOW BEFORE SCHEDULING: BEFORE you schedule a buyout appointment, make sure the items you wish to sell align with our specific needs listed below. Appointments scheduled without adherence to this list may not proceed with a buyout. We update this list regularly to reflect our inventory requirements.

Current Buying List:

• Gothic Styles: We’re currently prioritizing all-black clothing, gothic and alternative styles including lace, velvet, fishnet, mesh, corsets, oversized sweaters, and more. We’re also accepting gothic jewelry such as chokers, layered necklaces, studded belts, rings, earrings, and statement pieces. Gothic-themed home décor is welcome too — candles, artwork, skulls, ravens, frames, and other dark decor. Gothic handbags, backpacks, and crossbody bags are also accepted. We love anything that embraces a dark, moody, or vintage gothic aesthetic — including sub-genres like whimsigoth, punk, metal, 90s/Y2K, thrasher, and emo. Gothic items can be in worn condition or have flaws if it adds to the look and feel. We’re also accepting horror-themed items including tees, clothing, and decor centered around horror movies or characters.

• Doc Martens & Birkenstocks: All sizes, colors, and styles are accepted — both kids and adults!

   

• Plus Sizes: We are especially in need of women’s clothing in sizes XXL–6XL. Please keep in mind we’re still looking for specific styles, colors, and seasonal trends when it comes to plus-size items.

   

• Boho & Coastal Styles: We’re looking for neutral-toned, flowy pieces like dresses, linen tops, and nautical-inspired clothing. Earthy accessories, lightweight fabrics, and relaxed, beachy vibes are encouraged.

   

• Neutral & Earthy Tones: We’re buying dresses, tops, skirts, and other versatile pieces in earthy tones such as green, cream, rust, brown, and other muted naturals.

   

• Maxi Lengths: We are open to maxi dresses and skirts in any of our preferred styles.

   

• Overalls & Jumpsuits: Casual and statement jumpsuits or overalls that fit current trends are welcome.

   

• Denim: We’re currently accepting denim skirts, black denim jackets, and denim shorts in any color. Other denim items may be considered based on style and condition.

   

• Strawberry-Themed Items: We are currently sourcing for our Strawberry Collection! This includes anything with strawberries — clothing (adults and kids), plush, decor, accessories, and more.

   

• Vintage Clothing: We will happily consider clothing from the year 2000 or older.

   

• Natural Fabrics: Items made from linen, silk, 100% cotton, and other natural fabrics are always encouraged.

   

• Spring & Summer Styles: We’re currently looking for light, airy fabrics, bright or pastel colors, floral prints, flowy skirts and dresses, linen tops, and denim/fabric shorts — ideal pieces for warm weather and sunny days.

   

• Menswear: We are now accepting select menswear! We’re looking for PNW-inspired styles, outdoor wear, raincoats, vintage pieces, Carhartt, pearl snaps, and western wear. Please note: men’s jeans are not a priority and may not be considered at this time.

Process: Schedule an appointment to bring your pre-loved fashion to Swansorifinds and give your items a second chance at style. Here’s how it works:

1. Book Online: Use our easy online booking system to find a time that suits you.
2. Bring Your Items: On the day of your appointment, bring up to 30 items of clothing that you wish to sell.
3. Review and Offer: Our team will review your items during your appointment and make an offer based on style, condition, and our current stock needs.

Policies:

• Item Condition: All items must be clean and in good condition. Please ensure your items are free from tears, stains, and odors (including smoke). We do not accept flawed items. Items need to be pet fur free and from a smoke free home. 
• Limits: A maximum of 30 items per appointment ensures a thorough and efficient review process. Ensure all items are in good, clean condition, as we strive to offer the best quality in our store.
